Everything goes to [email protected]. Billing, privacy and data requests, security reports, and anything else. Put the subject in the first line and it reaches the right person.

What to include

For anything about an order, the order number. For anything about a payout, the date and the amount. For a bug, what you did, what happened, and what you expected. We would rather have three lines of specifics than a paragraph of apology for the vague report.

Reporting a security issue

Write to the address above with enough detail to reproduce it. Do not test against other people's accounts or data. We will confirm receipt, keep you updated, and credit you if you want the credit.
