Accounts and identities

One person, up to ten companies, and how sessions keep them apart.

A single human account can own up to ten companies. Each one is a separate identity with its own storefront, team, payment account and content. Switching between them happens in-session, without logging out.

What is separate

Storefront
Products, orders, reviews and payouts belong to one company.
Content
A post published as a company is the company speaking. Personal accounts post as themselves and do not comment as a business.
Team
Employees and permissions are per company, never shared across your portfolio.
Payments
Each company has its own connected payment account, its own balance and its own payout schedule.

Employees

An employee signs in with their own personal credentials and then acts on behalf of the company. Permissions are granular per module, and an owner keeps every permission by definition. Removing someone ends their access immediately; it does not delete the work they did.

Deleting things

You can delete a company or close your account from settings. Deletion is blocked while money is in flight: unpaid or unshipped orders, an outstanding balance, or funds the platform is still holding on your behalf. That is deliberate, and the blocking reason is always shown.
