Fees

The platform fee is 0.3% + $0.30, charged on subtotal plus shipping, tax excluded. Card processing is inside that rate, never added on top. There is no monthly platform fee on orders, no setup fee, and no second invoice from a payment processor behind it.

What WIN actually keeps

Most of the posted rate is the card network cost, passed through at what it costs us. The platform margin is 0.3% of subtotal plus shipping. We publish this because the posted rate is routinely mistaken for the take rate, and a marketplace quoting a gross number as its margin is not being straight with you.

Tax

We take no margin on the tax you collect, because you are the one who remits it. The card network does charge its percentage on the full amount the buyer paid, tax included, so that one cost is recovered and nothing else. On an order with no tax this term is exactly zero.

Costs that are not in the rate

Some card and payout costs depend on the buyer, not on you or on us: an international card, a currency conversion, a cross-border payout, a bank payout fee, or a chargeback. These are read off the actual transaction and charged to the seller they belong to, rather than priced into everyone else's rate. They appear itemised on your finance page.
